Belonging changes everything, especially the way we relate to ourselves.
Because the truth is, many of us learned how to survive by staying small, over-functioning, or carrying more than was ever ours to hold. We became excellent at anticipating needs, keeping the peace, and pushing through… but somewhere along the way, we lost the feeling of being at home in our own hearts.
I believe healing begins when we create enough internal safety to stop performing and start being. My passion is helping people gently untangle old survival patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and move from striving into grounded presence and authentic connection.
